Upright meaning
A young herald lifts his wand with news he can barely hold. The Page of Wands is the beginner's flame: curiosity without credentials, eagerness that has not yet met its first winter. This card favors starting the course, testing the medium, saying yes to the small adventure. It can also be literal: a message, an announcement, an offer worth opening. Treat enthusiasm as a resource needing structure rather than proof. Feed it with beginnings and protect it from your own premature expertise. The page does not know enough to be bored, which is his power. Let something be new again.
Reversed meaning
Reversed, the page's fire gutters. Enthusiasm sparks and dies by the hour, every new wand abandoned at the first dull chapter, or news arrives that takes the wind out of the room. There is also the classic shadow of indecision, circling the same small choice while the season for it passes. The card asks for follow-through in miniature: one project, one week, finished badly if necessary, finished. If the message that came was heavy, give it a day before answering, and let it be information rather than verdict. Small kept promises teach enthusiasm to stay lit.
